Incredible Dreams

Happy Friday!  I am super excited that it is December 1st tomorrow...I have a countdown to Christmas tea calendar that I bought for my husband and I :-) and I am looking forward to having a different tea everyday!  FUN!  The kids have a chocolate advent calendar so they are excited too!

Today I have a card to share with you that I made using the beautiful Tell Your Story collection from Teresa Collins Designs.  I just love the quote and am dreaming incredible dreams today:-)

Sweet Friends

Friends.  They are so important in our lives, aren't they?  I am so lucky to have my sweet friends in my life whom I LOVE... these ladies are fun, supportive, loyal people.   Sadly, my besties have all moved away.  I miss not having them close by :-( and is it just me, or is it a lot harder to make good friends as an adult?

It sure is fun watching my daughters make friends.  They sure have no problem making new friends:-)  I used the perfect papers for this theme of my page:  Webster's Pages new Best Friends collection.

These girls play so amazing together...it always brings so much joy to hear their laughter when together!  I hope this sweet relationship continues to grow and blossom!

A big thank-you and hug to all of my online scrapbooking friends!  I appreciate you all so much!

Snowflake Tutorial

I am so excited this year that we are covered in snow already!    It is a beautiful winter wonderland outside and it has me feeling very festive :-)

Today I am going to share with you a FUN tutorial on how to make a snowflake using a glue gun that I did for the Webster's Pages Blog the other day.  You can check that post out HERE.

STEP 1:
Find a snowflake template that you would like to use and print it off.

STEP 2:
Cover the template with a piece of wax paper.  I used tape to hold mine in place.  Spread a small amount of dish soap lightly over the wax paper.  This will help the snowflake to peel off easily.

STEP 3:
Using a glue gun,  place glue onto the image of the snowflake.

STEP 4:
Allow the glue to dry.  When dry, gently peel off the wax paper. Cover lightly with clear glue and sprinkle sparkles on top.

You are now finished and ready to use your snowflake as an embellishment for a scrapbook page, card or even as is to hang from your tree!

I made a card using the Royal Christmas collection from Webster's Pages.
